Each individual may hold only one registered account on phdream com. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials – including your username and password – confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party.
phdream com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
We reserve the right to verify account information at any time. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of phdream com, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit any game, system, or software on the platform.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or fraudulent activity.

- You accept that the outcome of casino-style games and sports wagering cannot be predicted, guaranteed, or controlled, and that financial loss is always a possibility.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on phdream com are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). We do not accept foreign currencies directly, and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance.
Deposits are credited to your account after successful processing through the supported payment channels. phdream com does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment providers and is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment intermediaries.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of your account identity and any applicable wagering requirements. phdream com reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name.
Any bonus funds or promotional credits are subject to separate bonus terms, which are published at the time the offer is communicated. phdream com reserves the right to void winnings derived from bonuses if the applicable terms have not been met.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phdream com and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

- Any technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform's operation.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account.
- Any loss of funds resulting from your own decisions, errors, or failure to follow platform instructions.
- Any reliance on content or information available through the platform.
phdream com does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such events.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
phdream com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of the platform.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the phdream com platform – including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and data – is the property of phdream com or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Game content provided through third-party game providers remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. phdream com does not claim ownership over third-party game software licensed for use on the platform.
